Sanjay Goel, es el fundador y Director General de Lars Medicare. Sanjay aporta a Lars más de 20 años de experiencia en emprendimiento, liderazgo y alta dirección en la fabricación de tecnología médica. Ha sido fundamental y pionero en la concepción de la fabricación de cánulas intravenosas en India, que desde entonces se ha convertido en una industria de reconocimiento mundial
Ha liderado procesos de fabricación innovadores y ha supervisado el exitoso desarrollo de múltiples marcas y diseños de productos bajo su dirección. Además de sus responsabilidades en el crecimiento y el éxito general de Lars Medicare, Sanjay también actúa como mentor principal de los más de 700 empleados de Lars.
Sakshi Goel
La directora
Sakshi Goel heads the Lars Medicare’s global Sales and Market initiative. Sakshi comes to Lars with over 15 years of experience in Medical Products distribution and relationships all across the world. A results oriented, dynamic leader, Sakshi has been key in taking Lars products to 60+ markets worldwide in a short span of time.
Sakshi continues to prove her ability to build, motivate and lead all facets of a sales teams in high growth environments and building a successful sales infrastructure. Apart form her responsibilities as a sales leader, she also manages Customer Success for Lars Medicare. She has become the go to person for all challenges – from Logistics and SCM to Customer Relationship Management.
Sameer Hingorani
Business Head – North America
Sameer Hingorani heads our North and South American operations out of our office near Toronto, Canada. Sameer brings in 15 years of International Sales and Marketing experience, working with global manufacturing companies in Telecom, Hi-Technology and Healthcare.
With his expertise in Start up ventures, he has been very successful in making Pre Revenue and Early Revenue companies gain mainstream market acceptance and share. He has held various management positions in Sales & Marketing and Channel Management. Sameer is responsible for establishing and managing our Distribution Network and day to day functioning of our Americas business. Sameer holds degrees in Software Engineering and Business Management.
