Advantages of Needle
We shall be using needle in the manufacturing of I. V. Cannula, which is made of a non-corrosive material called Stainless Steel (S.S. AISI -304). Every lot of needle is being tested for corrosion resistance before taking in the production at incoming stage also on finished product. Every batch is being checked for dimensional control at S-2 level with AQL l.0. Anti coring treatment is also done near needle tip on sharp edges. It is a back cut type needle. Its back cut, primary angle & chamfer angles helps to less traumatic vein puncture.

We use PTFE TEFLON – we import Teflon from European country. It is most Bio-compatible material.
It is available in two specifications: Clean Teflon and Radiopaque line.

We carry out the EO Sterilization in house with the help of an automatic EO Sterilizer, duly validated and monitored as per EN 550 & ISO 11135.
